• You can practice a simple exercise to straighten your back is standing straight against the wall by keeping your feet wide apart and back straight against the wall. Raise your arms out on the side and press palms against the wall. Stay in this position for about 10 seconds and repeat it at least 5-10 times. 

You can also practice other stretching exercises as recommended by your doctor to enhance the strength of your muscles and get relief from pain and discomfort.
